More Participants And An Itinerary Update

Hello there again Gang!!! We’ve added a few more participants to the list bringing our total up to 78 this year, and there’s a good chance that there will be even more before we meet in Knoxville in 4 weeks! Can you believe it’s only 4 weeks?!?!?!

There’s also an update to the itinerary!  On our layover day in Pickwick, Jerry and Susan Edmonds and Dean and Lauran Wingo will be hosting a Bar-B-Que dinner at the Edmonds’ home on the river! Those who attended the dinner they hosted last year will remember what a great time was had and we greatly appreciate them extending their hospitality and once again making us all feel like family!

July 23rd is fast approaching so start doing your “Good Weather Dancing” now!!

Busy Times Ahead!

Here it is, the middle of June, and we’re busy working on getting things lined up! Only 5 more weeks until we meet up in Knoxville!! We received a bunch of registration forms in this past week and Jason has updated the list. If you’ve sent in your forms make sure to check the list so  you’ll know we have received everything we need. If we have received your paperwork and there’s anything missing we will let you know. Also, if you have sent your paperwork in and don’t see your information on the list please let us know.

OK, back to work we go! We’ll keep you posted with anything else that comes up. Till then, keep the hulls wet!

Hey Everyone! The middle of June is fast approaching and that means there are only 8 more days to get your registration froms in and your hotel rooms booked. Don’t wait until the last minute to get your information in! If you’ve sent in your registration forms already and you don’t see your name on the list please be patient. I haven’t had a chance to go through the recent batch that I have received just yet but I will soon and then I’ll have Jason update the list.
