Hey everyone!
While we’ve been busy getting everything ready for July, we took a quick glance at the Registered Participants page and realized we’re only a few weeks away from the 30th Annual Event kicking off… which means it’s getting real!
So we wanted to send out a friendly reminder that the deadlines for both hotel reservations and event registration are coming up soon. The deadline for both is Thursday, June 25, 2026.
We know how it goes — life gets busy, the weather’s nice, the water calling your name… and next thing you know you’re saying, “I’ll get to it tomorrow.” Meanwhile, the rooms along the river are quietly getting booked up. In fact, we have already had to add more rooms to our blocks!
If you’ve already got everything handled — Great! You’re ahead of the game! If not, and you’re planning to join us, just carve out a few minutes and knock it out when you can. Future you will be glad you did.
We’re getting closer, and now we have to work on getting the itinerary together. We will let you all know when it’s ready.
Until then, stay safe out there — and if you haven’t already, it might be a good time to knock the cobwebs out of your PWC!
