We know you’ve all been patiently waiting, and we’re happy to finally say that the 2026 hotel information is now ready!
This year, getting everything locked in took a lot longer than usual, and we want to be upfront about why. We ran into several delays with multiple hotels along the route, from availability issues to properties being unable to commit to group blocks. We explored every option we could and worked through more than a few roadblocks along the way, which is ultimately why the hotel information is being released later than normal.
One area that proved especially challenging was the Kentucky Lake area. Unfortunately, we were not able to find a single location—or combination of locations—that could accommodate our entire group with a block of rooms or group rates. Because of that, the final night in that area will be on your own, with participants free to choose from the available resorts and lodging options nearby.
While this wasn’t the outcome we had hoped for, we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we worked through these challenges. We always try to do our best to keep our overnight stops as convenient and rider‑friendly as possible for the entire week.
Please be sure to review the 2026 Hotel Information page carefully and book your rooms as soon as you can! Availability will be limited and the deadline to get your rooms booked is Thursday, June 25, 2026.
